Pan sautéed Filet in our light red sauce with Kalamata olives over spinach.
Chile verde, avocado/sour cream/lime sauce. Served with our version of Mexican street corn (corn off the cob, chile & cilantro), rice & beans. Mango chile salsa side.
Rainbow cherry tomatoes, fresh basil & mint tossed in our in-house dressing. Served with sautéed spinach and Chimichurri sauce (aka Argentinian Pesto).
Baked in olive oil, parsley and garlic over rice.
Braised Chicken thighs in our Greek tomato sauce over orzo. Topped with feta cheese.
